My wife is suffering from major medical issues and needs home health care. It was complete and utter boon doggle to work with this company.The sheer fact that it took 3 weeks to have any type of scheduling put in place was unacceptable. What a joke of a company! They have wasted 3 weeks of my time. They will tell you what they think you want to hear to scam you into doing business with them. Some of their staff is very unprofessional on the phone. I asked for the person in charge of referrals and she picked up the phone and said hey and then just sat there, did not tell me her name, ask how she could help or what questions i had, just "hey". I have not yet started care so i will update my review as care starts but i want to give a shout out to Debra who has worked endlessly to get me the services i need and the insurance coverge put in place. She has been an angel in disguise. She never quits working, she will go to the ends of the earth to get you the care you need.
If you’re ever in need of home health or hospice services, I can’t recommend Enhabit Home Health & Hospice enough. The staff is truly incredible—so dedicated, kind, and knowledgeable. Enhabit has been an absolute blessing for our family! We couldn’t have asked for a more exceptional occupational therapist, physical therapist, and nurses. They are all incredibly thoughtful, kind, and respectful, and they are always accommodating to our schedule. We truly appreciate their dedication and support.
