Horrible place to work. Every patient I saw was missing orders, wounds not documented. It took me working into the evening to get everything straightened out and the points I earned that day were not worth a full day. Charting is a time consuming joke. I walked into a patient who was critical though swore she was like this all the time. Documentation two days prior did not convey.
