TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEIR INITIAL ASSESSOR WAS RUDE. I HAD GIVEN HER SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PHONE ABOUT WHERE TO PARK, BUT WHEN SHE GOT HERE SHE REFUSED TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, THEREBY RISKING FRICTION WITH ME AND MY NEIGHBORS BECAUSE SHE PARKED IN SOMEONE ELSE'S SPOT. I ASKED HER TO MOVE TO MY PARKING SPOT AND SHE INITIALLY REFUSED, CONDESCENDINGLY DISMISSING ME BY SAYING THAT "IT WILL BE FINE" AND "THERE ISN'T A NUMBER ON THE PARKING SPOT," AS IF SHE WAS AN AUTHORITY ON OUR PARKING SITUATION HERE. Communication with administration is awful
They started treatment months ago without them getting a doctors diagnosis. They were after the insurance money not my well being. Don't trust them.
After three weeks of trying to get care we finally went to a different agency understaffed and overwhelmed and unorganized in their administration
Encompass Health home rehabilitation is a JOKE! Don’t believe the great reviews here they’re not from real patients the great reviews are coming from the staff and friends. I feel sorry for anyone that’s placed with a physical therapist name christy.. she always cancels her appointments an hour before the actual appointment she always states it’s because of a family emergency. And what I find unnerving is the fact when the appointments are canceled with the patient this company along with the physical therapist are charging ... read more
