Verity is awesome. She's been fixing me and im on the road to recovery
I have been a patient here since 2020, I have seen Megan, Pam, Linda and Chantal as rmts, Verity for osteopathy, Marli for physio. I have found all these modalities to help with my daily chronic pain, I will continue going here. I highly recommend encompass health. Also the people at the front desk are very helpful, knowledgeable, I feel welcomed.
I have had such a wonderful experience here! Lillian greeted me kindly at the door and made sure I was all sorted before my appointment even started. While I was waiting, I overheard her handling what sounded like a difficult client situation. Even as things seemed to escalate, Lillian remained incredibly kind, calm and professional. Great specialists, but terrible front desk service. I’ve been coming here for a few years, but the receptionist who started about a year ago (a young, brown-haired lady) has really affected the overall experience. She consistently ignores basic greetings, never says hello or goodbye back, and often comes across as visibly hostile and unpleasant. A wellness clinic should have a welcoming environment.
