Great specialists, but terrible front desk service. I’ve been coming here for a few years, but the receptionist who started about a year ago (a young, brown-haired lady) has really affected the overall experience. She consistently ignores basic greetings, never says hello or goodbye back, and often comes across as visibly hostile and unpleasant. A wellness clinic should have a welcoming environment. A truly exceptional clinic! I have been a client here since 2018 and regularly use their massage, physio, and chiro services. Every massage therapist I’ve seen over the years has been wonderful and highly skilled. The environment is always respectful, warm, and deeply welcoming. Plus, the owners are the absolute sweetest people, and the front desk team is consistently pleasant to chat with. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking great care.
The practitioners at this clinic are excellent - knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. Unfortunately, the front office staff leave a lot to be desired. I hope they receive some training in empathy and compassion, as it would make a significant difference to the overall patient experience.
I have been a patient here since 2020, I have seen Verity, Megan, Pam as rmts, I recently found out that Sandra and Linda are leaving here, that makes me sad, I have found these two ladies to help with my daily chronic pain, honestly it’s hard to find a good match.
