Had a massage today, Jessica made it sure that don't give massage, but just pretend that she is giving you massage, She irritates my body to put it on pain, it was very disappointing after spending 115$ , just regret why I book massage with encompass

The review is for encompass. I was told by the lady at reception there won’t be cancellation and then I get an email to pay cancellation fee. That’s very strange. This is to owners - please have a recorded line. Also, my appointment slot was booked by owner and still I as being charged cancellation fee when I said I will come.
