They need to fire 30% of their workforce just to have a chance at being average. After a 10 day stay there I know what it feels like to be helpless, neglected and abandoned. I have never been treated worse in my life.

My 2nd time there and like with the first, the people there were awesome. From Patrica(CEO) on down. This time I arrived on 9/4/25, and before I could get thru entrance B, I was greeted with hugs, handshakes, and huge smiles from those that remembered me from 1/25. And again as I settled in ,so many staff stopped in just to say hello. Ricky and Jess helped with my ot and Pt, as well as others. Great bunch to work with. Felt like family ! This is the 2nd time my husband has been at Encompass and both times he received top quality care. The Doctors, Nurses and Aides were great, they treated my husband with compassion and were always Johnny on the spot when his call light was on. They would come in the room with a smile on their faces and never acted like you were bothering them. The Pt and OT were amazing also. So uplifting, encouraging to all their patients. Every one of the physical therapists and hockey facial therapists are top-notch and cure, what you do, how you do and what happens to you, I recommend this place to anybody they are the best.
