Nurse Pam has the best bed side manners I've ever experienced. Big Chris is a wonderful tech who ensures the comfort of his patients. Coach Jason is a great motivator and is the best OT I've ever met. Omelia pushed me to my limit motivating me to to overcome my shortcomings of the surgery. Along with Olivia. The entire staff shown great customer service that I'm was very pleased with my experience at Encompass. Thank you for your service.

I was told Ecompass only takes private insurance. If that’s the case they should be more professional. The front desk staff on the 2nd floor are very unprofessional, not hospitable and very hostile. If you’re a client or visitor, the front desk staff will not greet you, acknowledge your present nor smile. You must speak to them first and you’ll get a grunt for a response . My father was a patient there. My family had to do most of my father’s care while he was there. If he didn’t have us, he would have been in a bad situation. He is only mildly stronger after being there. He is not walking. I would not recommend Encompess. I feel like we should have been able to see what he was doing in physical therapy and occupational therapy. I feel that he needed more therapy than he was getting.

When we checked out the FL2 report was not updated and now we are waiting for our doctor to follow you our hope we don't lose our room We had to make arrangements best we could for the last 5 days

My stay at Encompass was filled with warm caring people on every level. Even the meals were good, with personal choices.
