Enhabit HH started out very good treating my leg wounds. Then all of a sudden a scheduling conflict occurred and within 2 weeks I was dumped by the company with no replacement agency or given any referral to a better replacement. Just left me with no care and right before the Christmas Holiday when it's impossible to find another source on immediate terms. Wound care was adequate when it was on their own terms & scheduling. My first knee replacement was In November 2016 and used Encompass for my Physical Thearpy and Nurse visits. Every visit ,every time the Nurses and Physical Therapists were on time, professional, helpful and encouraging. Truly a 10 star experience! My second knee replacement was 2/20/2017 and of course I used Encounter again. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone who need home visits for nursing and physical therapy.
