My doctor's office scheduled me to have physical therapy with this company. My first appointment was on Monday, February 17th, with the intake nurse. He was a male and to me was not very professional. He inquired as to why I had 2 vehicles and so many sneakers? He observed this due to the fact that I was letting him in through the garage. I have a good experience with Registered Nurse Helena. She is awesome took care of wound dressing very well take her time to explain about the health. Recommend Nurse Helena 5 star to her.
Enhabit Home Heath was "recommended" for my family by Reston Hospital. Looking back I think "recommended" means that they were the ones that give the most kickback. Enhabit Home Health has Zero coordination between the person answering the phones and the aids that showed up. My Dad was in the hospital after a fall and broke a bone in his neck and we have to be very careful. Physical Therapy without the Physical Therapy. 1 star because the main PTA provided curt remarks without constructive criticism to improve the patient's condition. She was dismissive, rushed and unpleasant every time. Sushka and Elaine were great. If you work with Enhabit, ask for them. They provided helpful solutions and physical therapy. Enhabit needs rehab. Administration is protein deficient.
