Scheduling is totally impossible with this company
I’ve been in home health many years & this agency shouldn’t be trusted. Do your research the names & info listed lead nowhere. The lack of reviews for an agency supposedly serving thousands of people is suspicious. I’ve reported an RN who has been making countless Medication mistakes over the last year. I’ve reported it to the patient’s family, the nursing supervisor & social worker. The nursing supervisor just assigned her to other patients despite showing at least a dozen documented errors. First run with company was okay, second time was terrible, I was given a therapist who couldn't schedule honestly with me, avoiding me on purpose and they shorted me on catheter supplies to where I ran out completely. They don't return phone calls and they seem to be trying to get rid of you the day you start. I tried numerous times to get supplies and I was lied to and ignored. It was not a good experience while I'm trying to recover. I had a good therapist at first , but I can see why she left.
Great location. Multiple medical services nearby.
