First run with company was okay, second time was terrible, I was given a therapist who couldn't schedule honestly with me, avoiding me on purpose and they shorted me on catheter supplies to where I ran out completely. They don't return phone calls and they seem to be trying to get rid of you the day you start. I tried numerous times to get supplies and I was lied to and ignored. It was not a good experience while I'm trying to recover. I had a good therapist at first , but I can see why she left.
