Kenneth Gurganus has been with y’all since you were Encompass and since y’all have changed names it is one problem after another and we r not happy with the service we r getting now
I had a therapist come to my house & do 6 sessions. It was cool that I didn't have to leave my house to do this. I was learning to walk again . We did different exercises & things so I don't have any complaints really .
Would not leave my dog in this place. Night staff is miserable, waited almost three hours for my 94 year old grandmother to receive any sort of attention, mind you, after asking for pain pills multiple times and to help get her up to use the restroom. Very sad.
Excellent location with superb customer service!
