Overall, the nurses have been very good. However, the people running the office seem to be a hot mess. They haven't gotten anything done on time or in the correct manner. They make me argue to get basic medical supplies ordered and then act like they are doing me a favor when they finally relent. If you aren't someone who is capable of being their own zealous advocate then go elsewhere. You've been warned!
I fired the first nurse for not doing her job!! Never even took my blood pressure and I had to supply the bandage for my hip as she didn’t even have that. She ordered the wrong size bandage which I am sure my insurance paid for. Now I have no bandages to use. The doctor requested that they be changed every 3 days and scheduled 6 days. I guess she planned on using a bandaid. I called the office and another nurse was supposed to be here today. Well no call no show. This nurse Michele should be FIRED.
