My spouse had back to back neck surgeries. Dr Shedden neurosurgeon recommended Enhabit Home Health for physical rehabilitation. Sheryll Dano provided physical therapy. She is well qualified, very thoughtful, helpful and respectful. Great person and we were blessed to get to know her and appreciate all her help!
Enhabit taking care of my father was a blessing. I am so thankful they were there at the end.
Their services are terrible. They half show up, and will not call and let you know anything. Then if they do call, they will text and say do you need me tomorrow. Excuse me if I didn’t need you, I wouldn’t have gotten the service in the first place. Melissa is the best one that works here from what I have seen and when she’s out, her patients definitely feel her absence.
Will never use them again. They do not consistently communicate well with each other nor with patient and family. They will not consider patient needs or wishes when scheduling therapy. Not even if you speak with supervisors and they make promises. I’m done with them!
I have had a great experience with the PT coming to my home after surgery. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
