We had to switch to another hospice service after struggling to get consistent help when needed. Caitlin ( aide) and Conner (nurse) were amazing. However, it felt like the on call staff for after hours and weekends were usually reluctant to come out to the house. The social workers were self absorbed and useless. Encompass Health and Hospice cared for our mother for about two years and were not only caregivers but became friends and then family until the end. We cannot thank the great people of Encompass Health enough. They truly care for people and their quality of life. The staff communicated to us regularly and completely. Thank You Encompass.

Encompass Home Health and Hospice is a fantastic place for your loved one. They are caring, highly trained and bring the highest level of comfort at a difficult time. Chasiti and Annette are 2 of the best mangers in Kansas City. It's 5 stars!!
