The nurse that provided my wound care was great. She was always on time and explained things well. Very knowledgeable, professional and caring.
After waiting 2 days to hear when services would start were told they declined the case due to staffing issues. Our case was marked as an URGENT need. Going into our second week with no nursing support.
Encompass provides exceptional home health services. Their memory care program is excellent and is delivered with care to people living with dementia. The clinicians and staff are always responsive to any questions and concerns. The entire team demonstrates exemplorary care and customer service.
