Do not use this place. Very unprofessional. 1) representatives say they will call/show up next day. They did not call or show up. Took 4 days for us to hear back for second visit. 2) when appt is made will arrive 2 hours late. 3) called 3 times for Heather, the manager, to call and discuss issues. She has NOT called. 4) called to verify how many sessions we would have. They called the doctor saying we wanted more sessions. LIES. I would recommend finding another home health service. Do NOT use this place.
