Avoid this place at all cost. The level of professionalism is way below standards. No one cares, not the lady in the front desk, not the nurses, and Dr.Robert Lavardi is the worst family Doctor in San Diego. This people should not be allowed to be in business at all. The level of Service attention and care is nonexistent. They lose your paperwork, they laugh and lie to your face, the level of disrespect is embarrassing. Doc L has been my doc since 2015 I think he great .He goes out of his way to make you feel better.Give him a try.His staff are very sweet,and know there jobs.

Had 2 appointments for a stress test and they canceled them at the last minute some 1 machine was not working 2 ran out of the plutonium that they use for images but if you cancel the charge you250.00 I had to take time off to do this that's not writethey need better people they could have tex me or email me there should be a way to charge them for my time it's frustrating excuse after excuse let's see what them come up with one the receptionist she thinks she owns the office
