Absolutely the worst communication possible, not the company that you want to work with on any project. Never met any expectation, terrible when you are having to coordinate many disciplines.
Steve McCaskey and his team were great to work with. They were responsible, on time and very approachable. We had two survey projects with them in both Bellevue and issaquah. I especially appreciated the extra mile that Steve went to find out our old survey information for our Bellevue property, at that time I didn’t have any plan to do the survey. A very professional and reliable crew - strongly recommend to other project/property owners.
Chad and his team were wonderful to work with. They stepped in when I need help on a building project and assisted with getting my permits in a timely manner. They are very knowlegable and are hard working.
