Excellent experience! Strong PM support from Salvatore Badami who guided us through the insurance process. After our loss, we replaced several Pella windows. Great communication of scope of work and realized expectations. Installation crew, led by Tom Sr., was early, efficient, professional, organized, and neat. Very impressed by the quality of the Pella product with perfect fit and matching trim, hardware and caulk colors. All exceeded our expectations. Thanks.

Trent came to my home and initially I told him I had no interest in pursuing a claim on windows and roof for my home. He did persist and assured me he would handle the entire process. He worked diligently with our insurance carrier and got everything approved. He then handled the entire process from start to finish. I can't say how much he exceeded all of my expectations for this claim and for how hard he worked. I would highly recommend Encompass and especially Trent.

These folks know what they're doing. Our main contact was involved from day 1 and walked us through every step of the process. Install crew was also professional and efficient. Great experience!
