Compliments are coming in on my fantastic and cute new haircut. Jenna took so much care in giving me exactly what I wanted and made some great suggestions. She worked with my fine hair and now I have va va volume! She gave me the best head massage. I highly recommend Jenna for your hair styling needs. She's professional and friendly. It was great getting the text reminders too.
Would not recommend Jenna for any haircuts. She lacks experience and does not have any skill whatsoever. I asked for blended layers and she gave me a wolf cut. I had to grow it out for months for it to look presentable: I recently went back to her thinking maybe she would give me a better haircut but I never should've gone back. Her prices are insane and it seems like a lot of people agree because she is not the best at cutting hair. I really didn’t want to write this review but after my last haircut with Jenna I’m really disappointed. I left the salon loving my hair but as soon as I came home and washed/styled my hair, it was so uneven. I thought it was maybe only me but my friends and family all told me that it’s cut very unevenly and really noticeable. I spent over $100 for an uneven haircut and I wish I’d really gone to someone else.
I am not one to post negative reviews however, after my experience with Hair by Jenna I feel the need to inform other brides. Jenna was recommended by a friend and I had no doubts it my mind prior to my trial. However, I did a trial with Jenna and asked for a half up half down hairstyle. At the appointment I informed Jenna that I had not washed my hair in 2 days and that this was day 3 of dirty hair.
