Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I had it professional cleaned as well as the carpets when I left and still got charged for both. There was a serious mold problem in my apartment, in the year that I was there I went to the ER 4 times, put on multiple oral steroids as well as number plus inhalers just to help me breathe. My AC bill was never less than 150, it was still disgustingly hot inside that my dog would constantly be panting. Moved out in April and still have YET to receive my security deposit back. RecommendedClean, Quite, lots of trees, and wildlife with a lake. Has a fairly large pool, and small workout room, but mostly empty during the day.
It is bad enough that building 13 has a rat and bird infestation problem that the complex cannot or will not address.. Now we are all going deaf because of a broken fire system that absolutely no one can turn off! Unacceptable.. It's almost midnight, the alarms have been going off for 2 hours!!
Most horrible complex to live in. Construction people are making such loud noises at like 7 am and it goes on all day so you definitely won’t get any sleep. There’s a valet trash person you pay $30 bucks every month for someone who sometimes takes your trash. The people in the office are absolutely rude. Anytime you request maintenance don’t even expect it to happen because it never does. $967 a month to live in an absolute dump ! There place is also infested with roaches. By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I have rats on my porch all the time, 100s of nats in my house, wasp nest all over my porch and my ac is either not working properly or the air is leaking out somewhere causing me to have $330 electric bill and nothing has been done about any of it, oh except they did put an active rat trap outside my front door without even letting me know it was there so I didn't step on it and even though I have been complaining for months nothing has been fixed.
