Dr. Thomas was such a joy to work with! While her main office is currently under work, she is still making sure it is possible to see her patients at a different location! She was able to get us in very quickly for my son’s lip and tongue tie revision. Dr. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to educate while also listening to our questions and concerns. Dr. Thomas is still open for business! We had an appointment at her temporary location with no issues. She revised a lip and tongue tie for our newborn. She and her staff were very professional and explained each step along the way. During the laser treatment, they sang to my baby to comfort her which was very sweet. My baby was not able to latch prior to this appointment. Now, she is able to latch and we're learning to breastfeed.
Dr. Thomas and get staff provide such a calm and caring environment. She helped with my newborns lip and tongue tie. The process was seamless and we are very thankful for her care throughout an uncomfortable time for our baby.
Dr. Thomas was incredible, very kind and genuine. She did very effective work and explained every step of the procedure and follow up care very clearly. Even though their office got flooded and they were working out of a different chiropractic office, they worked smoothly and it was a great experience. We went in for a tongue and lip tie and we're very pleased with the results.
From start to finish the care and execution was awesome! Very informative and made us as parents feel like our baby was in good hands!
