moved here in 2023 had a few issues and the manager Roger was quick to take care of these things. He laughed and things started falling apart. I wrote a review at first when I moved in because how quick things were taken care of now I’m not so sure they like to do surprise inspections, which is really not allowed and is a violation of somebody’s privacy. they did a surprise inspection when the dumpster was broken for 2 to 3 days and the trash was outside. I wrote a good review when I first moved in had some minor problems. Then the manager left and the property seemed to fall apart. New management moved in and everything seemed to be going OK had problems, with my apartment with the mirror deteriorating and some other issues with the elevator breaking every two weeks and all they would tell you is we’re working on it. My experience with moving to these apartments has been really great - the location is wonderful and the apartments are clean and well cared for...but my experience was so awesome because of Gabby! She was the first person my daughter and I met when we walked into the office. She was very professional and knowledgeable, but also kind and seemed genuinely happy to help us.
