This community has old apartments with old appliances When it comes to old appliances, I had put the paper in the shelf and then tried keeping the stuff like small boxes of food on it and after 2 to 3 months when I removed, it was left with marks. This is because when they handover the apartment they repaint and give it and this is where the paint comes out. Living at Heritage at valley Ranch has been a mostly positive experience. The community is quiet, well- maintained, and located in a very convenient area. My apartment has modern finishes, plenty of space, and I appreciated the in -unit, maintenance was quick in responsive. The front office staff were courteous and professional. Welcoming and hospitable. Thank you Ms. Teresa and Mr. Jeremiah, you all are really amazing God Bless You All
