This community where I lived is very old build of 1984 and most of the apartment is old and lot of issues of roches and mice home together with human. We spent 2 years here and our interaction with Jermai , Rigo , Saho was excellent in terms of maintenance tickets but since this was old community maintenance tickets are often and frequent. there are frequent issues with electricity during thunders and rainy days where neighborhood electric supply working fine. 1 Star (would give negative if possible) This is one of the worst places to live. The apartments come with old appliances, rodent eaten and broken cabinets, and whenever you request a repair, it either takes forever or the work order just gets closed with random comments and no resolution and on top of that management doesn’t take responsibility.
