WORST! WORST! WORST… NEVER NO PARKING….there turn garages into new apartments in the back but not enough parking for the people that already live here. Construction all the time… waters always getting cut off due to emergency shut off… they don’t tell you… you just wake up to it. today had to walk all the way around because they have the pathway blocked… this place is very inconvenient… TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.
This was a nice quiet spot when we first moved in. The inside of the apartment is better than most for the price but still has imperfections. Parking wasnt the best but definitely not as bad since they started construction summer of last year which they never notified us of. Instead of adding parking, they took away the garages to build single family units. But with no additional parking how's that going to work? They took away 7 parking spots due to the construction. I’ve been a tenant for a year and keep to myself and pay my rent on time every month. the one time I have my mom visit to take care of me because I have been sick they tow her car for being inside the gate. their is no guest parking ever AVAILABLE. They have 12 guest parking in front of the gate. Now my mom has to pay $600 for a tow because the tow man was here yesterday and explained they have a deal with the leasing office. So ridiculous. The management company running this property is greedy. We have lost so many amenities recently. They are profits over residents. We used to have a community club house by the pool, that they turned into apartments. They lied to residents and said they were getting rid of the laundry room and convinced many long term residents to "upgrade" to renovated apartments but never did get rid of the laundry room and tricked us into paying for "upgraded" units when it wasn't necessary. Residents are being told the only on-site option will be to pay an additional monthly fee for a washer and dryer, or go to off-site laundromats.
