Sadly not sure if I will keep them on my "watch list." I'm not looking to move until early next year. I called asking for a price range and some more information on the 2b2b with washer dryers understanding they didn't have anything at the time but just brushed me off when I asked how often they can come up and if they have anything to show. I lived at this community for more than a year. Overall experience is so-so. The 1-bedroom apartment is quite spacious, but of course, you pay for it. If you get an apartment near Lake Murray Blvd, like I did, you're out of luck due to the noise from the street. The community deserves a 3-star rating due to its condition. But I gave 1 star due to the bad experience when checking out. The management (to be correct, a stand-in guy at that day) was doing his best to make me feel bad.
