Absolutely horrid!! Three different property managers in two years. Do not trust the leasing office. I paid to be put on the lease two years ago and just found out with my renewal that I wasn’t and “they have no idea why it wasn’t on there”. They are INCREASING RENT DURING COVID and not giving any tenants a break. They even let my old roommate break lease with NO PENALTY and left me high and dry on rent. My apt is old and the kitchen is tiny. No storage space at all. The patio floods when it rains heavy which is all the time. They hound you for everything.
