Enclave at Delray It's the best place to live, very comfortable, quiet, and with good connectivity when you need to leave home. The customer service at the office is excellent; they resolve any issues you may have.
The Building is well cared for the lakes are nice with the fountain. The people in the office are great. Maintenance is supert. It ain't cheap nut it's really good value. From a resident
I’m a nanny and I work here everyday. The AC does not work and there are maintenance people in the unit all the time “fixing” things. They are super load and disruptive while the baby is sleeping. Don’t move here. I can’t wait until my boss moves.
I absolutely hate living in this place. Since we moved here we have had issues with maintenance and unresponsiveness of the leasing office. Pasting this here to see if I finally can get a response. The leasing office requested that I create a list of everything that needed to be addressed so they can coordinate the repairs while we stayed in their model unit. (this was sent 2/10/25.
