Beware of where you rent in here. The element to the rear of the community is not good. We’ve had multiple drug dealers surrounding us. Some of who were evicted only to bring in new ones. Cars back and forth, noise, speeding and “other” activity in cars. When I moved in many years ago it was a wonderful community but has gone way down hill sadly. I will be looking elsewhere by summer. I want to give a huge shoutout to our townhouse maintenance team for their outstanding service. Jeffrey, the maintenance supervisor, is always on point—professional, responsive, and incredibly reliable. Antonio and the rest of the team are just as impressive: friendly, efficient, and always a pleasure to work with. Two and a half years ago my husband and I chose to move into The Enclave apartments. We were attracted to the spacious floorplan, newly renovated unit and the convenient location. We have stayed because of the exceptional maintenance and management of the complex. No issue is too small (changing a lightbulb) or too large (air conditioner issues).
