Update 2/4/2026 removed a star Im still here , bugs have been better , but the fees and just overall lack of accountability are out of control. I really want to like them but Ill give you 2 instances : 1) my heat was broken , something that is to be provided by law , it was getting cold, the maintenance manager said "i dont know , ive never had to turn on my heat before" they did a lazy job installing the new blower . 2) Fees: The utility fees that "include in the rent" are astronomical , Im dealing with an issue now where m... read more
The Maintenance Guys here are awesome! Terrible memory but whoever was in charge and his helper at 5:30PM on December 8 2025 were fast and polite very great guys!
The staff here is unmatched. I’ve rented from several places but always felt like a number on a spreadsheet. My wife and I have just moved out, upsizing to a house, but renting at The Enclave, we had the personal touch of seeing Jeff and Andre whenever something needed attention. They always came out to make sure things were going well with our A/C when the summer was just too intense, or when we had a roof leak; they didn’t string us along.. they showed up when they said, and didn’t rush to get out the door.
