Perfectly situated 15 minutes to everywhere! Grounds are well maintained and the pricing of the units is reasonable - especially considering the Brookhaven location!
Would give zero stars if I could. Some units in the condo are roach infested.
I have lived here for 10 years. I love this place. The location is great (highways/food) The amenities are great. There is a pool, tennis court, park area, office (access to computers), movie theater, conference room, and a clubhouse. It's gated and secure with brookhaven police patrolling often. My unit is very nice and the HOA office/maintenance staff provide top notch service. I do not plan to move anytime soon especially with the recent change to the city of Brookhaven.
I didn't get to see much. It was a rainy day. However, the curb appeal was inviting, and it is a gated community. There are a variety of dining options close by.
