I have lived here for 10 years. I love this place. The location is great (highways/food) The amenities are great. There is a pool, tennis court, park area, office (access to computers), movie theater, conference room, and a clubhouse. It's gated and secure with brookhaven police patrolling often. My unit is very nice and the HOA office/maintenance staff provide top notch service. I do not plan to move anytime soon especially with the recent change to the city of Brookhaven.
I didn't get to see much. It was a rainy day. However, the curb appeal was inviting, and it is a gated community. There are a variety of dining options close by.
I have lived here for over 6 years, and I absolutely love it! The amenities are great, and the community areas are well-maintained and in great shape. It's a fun place to be and very convenient, especially since it's in the middle of the perimeter. On a side note, the new CHOA will be a valuable addition!
