I have lived here for almost 2 years, and love it! It's close to everything, and the staff is great!
I am totally in love with this place, the community is very clean, quiet and i feel very safe. i have the best property manager i could have ever asked for Tara is one of the most polite and understanding people i know. If i ever have any issues which are rare, but she makes everything ok if i ever have an issue. i know i can count on her she is very dependable and responsible and very caring. I have lived here for 3 years it is a nice and quiet place. management is wonderful Tara is amazing she responds to calls and takes care of things quickly. Roberto is always friendly and takes care of my issues quickly as well.
Tara the resident manager is friendly and always has a smile on her face. And everyone is very friendly.
Whatever they say when renting your apartment will mean nothing when you leave. The office staff is rotated out or leaves and if it isn't black and white forget it. In fact, any deposits you leave, forget them too regardless of the condition of the apartment. I rented for three years, couldn't get decent response to maintenance and had the apartment thouroughly cleaned and still lost every dime of my deposit. This is a scam group at it's finest.
