Service was great.
Maintenance always professional and friendly.
Dirty apartments, never clean the management sucks they are kind of xenophobic, there is also bugs infestation. There are balconies but they do an inspection every month where they tell you that it can’t have anything there. The worst place to rent an apartment if I could I would give them -5 stars
I had lived in this apartment for years without any issues, but everything changed when Alex started working here. Her attitude was shockingly bad, and I was subjected to what I can only describe as racist behavior. As a single mom, I was struggling enough, but her treatment pushed me to the point where I had no choice but to move out, even though I had nowhere else to go. I moved out of my apartment and I even washed the carpet with my own carpet cleaner that I have spotless walls. Super clean carpet I left everything clean. And yet I still have to pay money on top of them keeping my deposit. I was charged for window cleaning and carpet cleaning even though the carpet was completely clean. They said if I needed my money back, I would have to show a statement that I hired someone to clean the carpet. Not cool
