Hallway carpets are stained permanently brown and worn from foot trails, neighbors smoke cigarettes in the hallways and set off fire alarms (at all hours of the night) that only the fire department can shut off, issues with utilities (hot water not working, water being brown) are almost monthly, cops are here frequently for god only knows what, when there’s really heavy snowfall maintenance does a very half-as*ed job at clearing the parking lot, you can hear almost everything everyone is doing in their apartments from the ha... read more
Absolutely horrible staff and roaches, bed bugs and mildew. Please don’t waste your time.
If you want to rent a place where they don’t care about you and just want your money this is IT. Tony the “Property Manager” has ZERO costumer service skills. She is very unprofessional, rude, talks over people, yells at her staff (maintenance and front desk), and constantly threatens to call the police for no given reason. There are many other reasons why i do not recommend this place, but Management is the main one.
