I have enjoyed my stay here at Enclave for the past 2 years. Adrianna, Brittany and Adriean have always been so helpful, as well as Randy, quickly fixing our maintenance request. I'm going to miss this place when I move
What is the point of paying all this money if nobody answer the phone and takes forever to get anything fixed. At least send a call and let the person that it's not gong to be fixed in the few hours you estimated. I understand it's a lot of work managing this many residents but a call back or something isn't to much to ask for. And we don't normally complain but it's getting frustrating 😒
I couldnt be more thankful for the Enclave team. Emily at the front office is always so helpful, and welcoming! No regrets here. :)
I want to thank Randy, maintenance supervisor and his maintenance crew for helping out last weekend. Our A/C was giving us trouble in the middle of the day and they came through to get it fixed. Really appreciate the service they provide.
