Suboptimal enviornment - not conducive to pt care and not very warm and welcoming - felt like we were a bother to them. Staff and clinician could use an ounce of humility- Looking for a different optometrist r/t poor customer service and relations !
I agree with the first person's review. It was right on the mark! I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years and never had such a bad experience. If I could give this doc minus stars I would. Dr. Gonzalez does rush through her examines; even when there is no one else in the waiting area. She got my prescription wrong 3 times and my husband 2 times. Keep in mind that it takes a couple of weeks for your glasses to come in because they use an outside lab. So, over a course of 3 months I had to go back to see her for re-exami... read more
I'm so sorry this first person had an unpleasant experience with Dr. Gonzalez. I've been wearing glasses 34 years and seen many Optometrists and Opthamoligists. Dr. Gonzalez was exceptional. She had state of the art equipment, went over all of the tests with me thouroughly. Discussed my wishes and comforts, like and dislikes, in regards to contact, bifocals, reading glasses, and standard lenses.
