Terrible customer service!!!! I purchased groupon and called for the appointment. When she learnt that I had already purchased groupon she stated that didn't have an availability. Next day she gave me time at 4, said the address was changed and would text me the new address, didn't text. I Had to call back for the address. Called back around 4pm for the address, said that all her customers cancelled appointments because of the rain and rescheduled me for the next day 10am telling would text the address.
