Encino Gardens, is managed by Monarch Properties. Joann Hohman, the woman who represents Monarch Properties is, to put it simply, is a bully. She has repeatedly threatened the staff with termination, in front of residents, with termination if they do not do what she wants, as she wants, when she wants.
