Essex Heights is a fantastic place to live. It’s a huge complex but you would never know..it’s very quiet and safe. Very pet friendly and family friendly. The managers Ana and Jessica are extremely friendly, helpful and responsive.

As a departing 20 year resident I can say Essex Heights Apartments is a great place to call home, offering a beautiful and well-maintained community in the heart of Encinitas. The location is unbeatable, just minutes from stunning beaches, shopping, and dining options. Yo he vivido aquí en la propiedad desde 2019, me encanta mucho la propiedad, la manager Ana y su asistente Jessica son muy amables y serviciales al igual que Jorge de Mantenimiento hacen un gran equipo. recomiendo este lugar para vivir es una area muy tranquila y limpia .y estamos muy cerca de la playa . 🌊⛱️
Me gusta mucho la comunidad está muy tranquila mis vecinos son muy amables. Me gusta el trato amable que recibo en la oficina de parte de todos desde Ana,Jessica,Jorge. Recomiendo estos apts.
