I cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about this Apt complex ! (management, maintenance and anyone associated with this complex )... Beautiful landscaping, quiet, neat. clean, prompt in taking care of any issues, not allowing nonsense ie, dog waste, noise etc. One can't go wrong if deciding to live here. Janet
Essex Heights management is the best! Have lived here for 2 years with zero issues / complaints. Apartments are clean and updated, staff is timely, responsive and so kind. Could not recommend more.

Leasing Staff and Maintenance Staff are amazing! They were able to get me a 1br apartment while still overseas. They have been very accommodating and available. The facilities are well maintained and the complex is friendly and safe. The area is great too, just a walk away from the Encinitas Train Station, grocery stores, the beach and tons of places to eat and drink.
In the four years that I have lived at Essex Heights Apartments apartments, I’ve had a positive experience. Management, led by Ana, has always been nice and easy to communicate with. The apartments themselves were updated right when I moved in and they have a fresh and clean feel. Though there is not in-unit laundry, that is a small price to pay given the proximity to the ocean (1 mile away) and everything that Encinitas has to offer. I would recommend living here.
