The best moving in experience ever. Properties manager ana is a great help on the progress of moving in went above and beyond helping and answering all questions I had. I love the community and staff here
Leasing Staff and Maintenance Staff are amazing! They were able to get me a 1br apartment while still overseas. They have been very accommodating and available. The facilities are well maintained and the complex is friendly and safe. The area is great too, just a walk away from the Encinitas Train Station, grocery stores, the beach and tons of places to eat and drink.
In the four years that I have lived at Essex Heights Apartments apartments, I’ve had a positive experience. Management, led by Ana, has always been nice and easy to communicate with. The apartments themselves were updated right when I moved in and they have a fresh and clean feel. Though there is not in-unit laundry, that is a small price to pay given the proximity to the ocean (1 mile away) and everything that Encinitas has to offer. I would recommend living here.
Living here has been such a great experience! The management team is by far the most helpful and kindest I have ever had. The location is great and it always stayed clean. I would 10/10 recommend living here.
Living at Essex Heights has been nothing short of wonderful. The move in process was really easy and the women in the leasing office were always available to answer my questions. Ana and Heidi are so nice and very helpful. The maintenance staff is unlike any other maintenance staff I have worked with.
