Worst service ever. I love my Maverick truck, and my husband loves his Bronco. But after today, I give up on Encinitas Ford service. This is my third try at obtaining service at this place. I understand that they get backed up and it might take a bit longer than expected, but they don't communicate and seem unconcerned. I made a morning appointment last week for an oil change and checked the "wait for service" option.
