Friendly staff at front desk. Nurses & assistants treated us great! Dr. Liu explains things in ways easy to understand. Clean facility!
Very good doctor. He was compassionate and caring. I highly recommend him.
Dr Liu is the best. Responsive, completely dedicated, honest- I can't say enough. I had a severe detached retina case and he responded in record time and got me into surgery within 24hrs despite already having a packed schedule. He made the time. I have several similar examples of his (and his staff's!) incredible dedication.
The techs are efficient and friendly and the front desk staff is too. Dr Liu thoroughly answers even my strangest (to me) questions. Been coming here about 9 years. I hope they always have an office here.
Dr. Lui is not trustworthy stop providing care after he damaged my eye. In 2023 Dr. Lui performed a victrectomy on my right eye and caused permanent optic nerve to my right eye. He and his staff neglected to monitor my eye pressure after surgery. I would not recommend this surgeon for any eye care.
Dr. Lui ReviewDr. Liu is not a reliable Doctor and does not stand behind his patient. I had retina surgery on my right eye in July 2023. The surgery caused inflammation in my high eye pressure went undected by Dr. Lui and his staff. As a result of this oversight the high pressure caused permanent optic nerve damage that is irreversible. The surgery performed by Dr. Lui has put my 30 year engineering career in jeopardy. I unfortunately experienced a detached retina in 2020. Dr. Liu was thorough and explained what my options were in detail and also let me provide my input in the route we were taking. If you are looking for a BS doctor, he is not for you. He gets to the point and makes his recommendation based on his experience and professional opinion.
