I hired this man with permission from my landlord because a wall had been torn out due to a water leak in the basement family room. There was moldy insulation behind the wall, which the contractor tore out without using a barrier. Your so-called **professional** was told that I was in the process of packing and moving because I bought a house of my own. Just waiting to close. I am allergic to mold and have to stay here until I can move in. Your professional did NOT mention a thing about the wall in his report, but he nitpick... read more

Robert was thoughal, prompt, professional, provided tips and suggestions for home and property, fair in price of services, provided detailed report results, knowledgeable, and personable. I would highly recommend!
He came quickly. Did a through inspection and made reasonable suggestions .
He came out, explained everything, professional and it was pretty fast results.

Rob came out the same day, talked me through all of the tests; and then some. Gave me some great additional advice based on his 30+ years experience. And you can tell he cares about his work, your home, and his reputation. A+
Professional,friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and explained every step of the process.
Work is not completed - further testing will be done after the basement has been cleaned. He also provided me a contact for getting that done. Very helpful and personable.
