I have been coming to Enchantress Beauty for over 5 years now and I consistently get compliments on my skin. Yokyra is by far the most gentle, tedious and caring esthetician I've been to, and I've been to many. Terrible results from a facial. I wish I didn’t have to write this review but here I am. (Long and honest review) I had a facial with her around 2 months ago, and unfortunately I got terrible results. Right after the facial, my face got severe scabs of dead skin and SPIDER VEINS on both sides of my nose. The spider veins are in a U or nail shape caused by the fact that, for some reason, she makes the extractions with her nails, something that she does not disclose in advance. I just had such a pleasant experience getting my wax! Yokayra truly took her time and gave me a lot of good advice for maintaining my skin/hair between appointments. The environment is very clean and welcoming, and she was so nice, funny, and also gentle!! It’s obvious that she cares a lot about her clients and the work she does 🥰.
She is sooo sweet which is nice because sometimes walking in to get waxing services done you feel like they don’t want you there. The space is small but I like the one on one to be pampered, facial magical and little massage she does on your neck and best wax experience I’ve had, will definitely be coming back
It was such a relaxing experience! Left my face glowing and I couldn’t stop staring at the results. 10/10 would recommend her services. She even stopped to talk with me about skincare routines outside of the spa in order to make the results last longer and to have healthier skin in general. Very impressed with everything!
