No where on your website or on your Facebook page states that there will be delays on orders for the holidays. Very rude and unprofessional over the phone.
Came in from Ohio due to seeing your store on FB. Was greeted by rude woman telling me to hang up video I was on with my mom. Then asked for candle info again rude. We left and you missed major purchases.
Today was my first time visiting and I loved it. The shop was very inviting and the staff was very helpful. I also absolutely loved the shop cats.
