Pros: Enchantment is stunning. Breath taking views from the room. The service staff is excellent. Pool was inviting and could not beat the view. Grounds are well kept. Tii Gavo restaurant menu was great and so are the staff. Convenient location 10 mins from DT Sedona. Valet staff top notch! Ethan runs (literally) so you are not waiting! Had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent and attentive. The rooms were spectacular and spacious. There was nothing they didn't have and think about. Very well organized and would enjoy going back.

Location is amazing. But overall stay was subpar at best. Staffing at spa was rude and never put the customer first. Also very price for a subpar massage. Also for some reason just flipping through the channels every channel worked but oddly enough the Fox channel didn’t work but CNN and MSNBC did. I don’t want to get political but just very fishy.
What impressed me most about this hotel was the service — every staff member was warm and friendly, and any reasonable request was happily accommodated. The rooms are a bit dated, but they’re compact and well-equipped. You can cook, have a barbecue, and enjoy the mountain views right from your room. The hotel is very quiet at night; you can admire the moon while listening to the sound of crickets.
