🚨 Think Twice Before Booking Enchantment Resort 🚨 What was supposed to be a peaceful, 5-star getaway turned into a literal bug problem. We found over 10 fire ants INSIDE our room — crawling around on furniture, near the plant, and even by the bed. See photos attached. We immediately called guest services… and waited. This was my second time staying at The Enchantment resort and both times have been such a beautiful stay. This time we celebrated our wedding anniversary and all the staff at the resort were so, so kind and attentive. All of our encounters with the staff were great. I love coming back to this place because of its location. Every day you wake up and look around at the beauty of the red rocks. For a luxury hotel this has been an absolute disappointment. From the false promises of having our room ready if we go eat on the property and use the amenities to it now being 3:40pm and they said the room would be ready at 4. We spent $300 poolside and watched all these other people go before us. The manager states “the room is guaranteed at 4pm” however, that was not the tone nor impression my family got 4 hours ago when they directed us to the pool.
