Responsive and reliable. These guys are the best!
Friendly responsive and reasonably priced
Technicians were sent to check our water heater because it kept shutting off. They showed up two days in a row without any notice, which was very disruptive. On top of that, they were extremely rude and talked down to us the entire time. The problem seems to be a simple faulty switch, but instead of fixing that, they now want to come back a third time to replace the whole water heater. Enchantment Refrigeration was very quick to respond during this current heat wave. The guys were prompt, polite and very competent, immediately recognizing the problem and fixing it. I highly recommend them.
