Technicians were sent to check our water heater because it kept shutting off. They showed up two days in a row without any notice, which was very disruptive. On top of that, they were extremely rude and talked down to us the entire time. The problem seems to be a simple faulty switch, but instead of fixing that, they now want to come back a third time to replace the whole water heater. Wow! Such an efficient team with 3 generations of local knowledge. Despite it being late on a Friday, they went out of their way to fit me in as my heating broke before a snow day. Fair price. Friendly and professional folks who explained the issue and quickly resolved it. They were very prepared having replacement equipment in their van and they understood the layout of an older and “quirky” Santa Fe home. Great locally owned business.
