I enjoy it, they are helping me. Working on my back and hips. The exercises were hard at first. Now I'm enjoying them. I thank the crew. They're so polite.
The first time I went here for my appt I was surprised how well the staff take care of their patients. There always ask if ur doing okay, need water and help you through your workout if needed. Staff are very nice and friendly! Since I been coming here I found out more about what's causing my back problems, I went to phs PT but they didn't do anything except a couple of exercises. I'm glad to have been referred here.

Even though it wasn't my appt. They still let me workout and the things that needed to be worked on..the staff were very nice and was told as long as you're a member you can work out anytime..I thought that was very nice of them..
