Just want to say that Dr. Kidby is an excellent dentist who is always patient, kind, skilled, and highly considerate. She’s actually made me look forward to going to the dentist after years of dentist trauma. I have recommended her to many people because I think she’s a fantastic dentist. I was in pain, scared to death and Dr Kidby was literally mocking my name, and not in a fun way, making me feel more than a little uncomfortable. I should have walked out and filed a complaint, but was in no position to do so. If she had been a man I would have invited "him" outside to discuss it in private. And on a prior visit, I asked Dr Kidby about doing a teeth whitening procedure. I was told "It's expensive, but we know how to work it so that it doesn't cost you much." I adore Dr. Kidby and the staff at Enchantment Dental! I've been seeing them for almost a decade now and call me crazy, but I actually ENJOY going to the dentist. Dr. Kidby is knowledgeable and does excellent work. I've had cavities filled, fillings replaced and my bi annual cleanings and x-rays. Billing my insurance company and payment are always a breeze. And I just love Theo the Office Manager. He never fails to crack me up, which is always a good thing at the dentist.
