I was in pain, scared to death and Dr Kidby was literally mocking my name, and not in a fun way, making me feel more than a little uncomfortable. I should have walked out and filed a complaint, but was in no position to do so. If she had been a man I would have invited "him" outside to discuss it in private. And on a prior visit, I asked Dr Kidby about doing a teeth whitening procedure. I was told "It's expensive, but we know how to work it so that it doesn't cost you much." I adore Dr. Kidby and the staff at Enchantment Dental! I've been seeing them for almost a decade now and call me crazy, but I actually ENJOY going to the dentist. Dr. Kidby is knowledgeable and does excellent work. I've had cavities filled, fillings replaced and my bi annual cleanings and x-rays. Billing my insurance company and payment are always a breeze. And I just love Theo the Office Manager. He never fails to crack me up, which is always a good thing at the dentist.

Excellent, state-of-the-art dental care, delivered with very strong concern for the patient, and a desire to preserve every tooth. I've been to a lot of dentists in my life, and Doctor Kidby is the best.
