THE WORST PLACE TO GO FOR MENTAL HELP! I was seeing someone there, and so was my son. Until the company stopped paying their staff. Including my therapist, and my sons, for weeks. Both our therapists quit the same week for the same reason. No pay. And then for the next 4 months I got emails saying I was past due on a bill from my sons sessions that never happened. I Called around looking for a counselor and this was the only place that called me back. I had a pretty good first session with Jocelyn. I was really excited to have found someone. She gave me feedback and homework and scheduled for a second appointment. The girls at the front called back and told me she’s not available at the time we booked anymore. Welcome to the place where horrible referrals are given and boundaries are't respected. Showing frustration with your provider over your boundaries getting stomped on is grounds for them dropping you as a client. How can you decide to work with people with mental health issues than punish them for actually being mentally. Called and left voice mail and never had call returned. Been 2 weeks now. Guess reaching out was just for the benefit of the review

I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COUNSELING PLACE IF NOBODY, ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND THEY CANT SEND A LETTER COMPLETION . I DIDN'T EVEN WANT GIVE THEM A STAR.... WASTE OF TIME.
