Pros: management seemed pretty helpful when I was searching. Maintenance is great. They respond to work orders very quickly. Rent is cheap Cons: this place is ghetto. I’ve called the police twice since moving in and have seen police cars here 4 times. Once I called for domestic disturbances. The other time was because of gunshots. Someone was shooting up the unit right below me. There’s also a guy who likes to walk around and look through people’s windows. We are very happy here. The staff is ran by excellent management and any time you have to call for maintenance they are on it very quickly.
