Dave has serviced our units many times and boy are we glad to see him pull up when itâ??s time for filter changes again. Heâ??s super easy to get along with and reassuring that our units, which we prize for the water, are getting taken care of properly by someone who knows them inside and out.
Dave is a great teacher because this new tech Rick is fantastic. We like to know that Enchanted Waters is making the right steps to bring in other technicians who are properly training when David isnâ??t available.
The water coming out of our units is exactly what we bought them for. Our reverse osmosis unit produces water that tastes clean, it even makes the coffee we make with it taste amazing. The biggest benefit is the peace of mind we get from knowing our plumbing is protected from the negative effects of hard water. Canâ??t put a price on that.
He seems to really know what he's doing & is very thorough. We had him install a new reverse osmois system because it was that time & we are sure glad we have great water to drink & cook with.
Mark Morton and I got off to a rough start, but in time he proved to be every bit reliable when it comes to the quality work provided by his company. I recommend his company highly. GOD bless his company
