Rolling Thunder Ranch was absolutely perfect for my bachelorette weekend with 16 women. The property felt like our own private sanctuary. We spent our days eating meals together at the beautiful outdoor table, hosting classes in the yoga studio, and relaxing by the pool. The location was ideal. We spent five heavenly months at Shady Oaks. The home is in the middle of town, walkable to restaurants, markets etc and is extra comfortable. Donna our landlady and Lisa Kenton who manages the property, literally went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was outstanding. They are both reachable by phone or text and respond quickly to questions or any household concerns (all minor). We highly recommend Enchanted Ojai Vacations to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Ojai.
I'm not exaggerating, this is the best vacation property we've stayed at. My fiancee and I have travelled all around CA for more than a decade, and Rolling Thunder Ranch is our new favorite!! It really has everything we could want on a property. It's perfect for larger family gatherings, with 3 stunning bedrooms and 3 baths in the main house where we stayed. We stayed at Cash Mountain Ranch for two weeks with 3 other couples and 6 children. Lisa, the owner, was incredibly attentive and helpful in making our vacation a success. Kenedy, who works on the property, is one of the friendliest people you'd ever meet and takes care of the house and the animals. It was fun staying in a place with such history that also had amenities that were family-friendly. While the house itself is one-of-a-kind, it's hard to beat being outdoors and enjoying the views and peacefulness.
Lisa was very communicative and had everything ready for us upon arrival. She was always there when we needed her, which luckily was not often. We are looking forward to years of stays ahead with EVR
