My wife and I have been customers for a little over a year. At first the service was great. But lately the quality of service has decreased the last few times we have been here. We decided to give them another chance and they will not be getting our business anymore. My wife asked for just a plain Gel manicure with a design on her left ring finger and that was it. My first real negative experience at Enchanted. Made an appointment ahead of time, requested a specific nail technician . After she wrapped my nails in foil, she took off for 20 minutes to give another customer a pedicure. She finally came back and did a good job with my chrome manicure. My mom and I went for pedicures this morning and are very unsatisfied with our experience. We paid for a spa pedicure only to be left with disappointment. They did not massage our feet at all. The woman who did my mom’s nails did not even do the hot stones. On top of that our polish is already peeling. 110 dollars for that. We will not be back.
My nieces and daughter (my nieces are bi-racial) went after having made an appointment. They took the 3 white clients first and skipped over the 2 African Americans and took several walk-ins before them. They showed their racist tendencies of the salon. My nieces left disappointed and went to a better nail salon. It is totally unacceptable for a business to treat young women that way. I would have scored it a 0 if possible.
